Meet Katie

I'm Katie, an Emergency Medicine MD and certified life coach. I've worked in medicine for 25 years, and understand how impossible the words "balance" and "joy" might sound to you right now. But it is possible, and I can show you how. 

 

I'm certified in Mind Firm Method, which centers around science-based psychology practices and somatic therapy techniques to address your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. It's a holistic coaching approach that aims at helping you live a more balanced, fulfilling life.

If you're reading this, you're most likely a woman who has fought hard for a career in medicine. You've put in the work, but are left feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. Whether you are early in your career or have established your practice, I can help you develop the tools you need to thrive. I've been where you are, and I've made the changes necessary to find a balance between effort and ease. I can help you do the same. 

Coaching Sessions

Individual Sessions & Multi-Week Programs

Our virtual coaching sessions will center around you and your unique areas of focus. We can start with a free phone consultation to make sure we are a good fit, and determine if individual sessions or a multi-week program are right for you. From there, we can begin working toward a life you look forward to waking up to every day.

Single Session

An individual session can be booked to address a specific issue you are facing or we can create a custom series of sessions to delve into different things you may want to focus on.

12 Week Program (coming soon)

A 12-week program gives us more time to heal. Personally, it took me about 12 weeks to start feeling like I had control of my life again after I was at my lowest. I know this isn't realistic for all, but for those who are ready to commit themselves to an in-depth healing process—this is for you.

Free Consultation

Your free 15-minute consultation will give us a chance to get to know each other. You can describe some things you may be struggling with and we can address any of your questions or curiosities about coaching.

6 Week Program (coming soon)

This 6-week program will involve a structured approach to healing. It can benefit those who are ready to commit to finding a long-term solution to burnout and overwhelm. We will follow an evidence-based curriculum, and you will receive a workbook so we can take actionable steps toward healing, together.
